He gave them the Great Commission, and he said to them: ‘’Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned. ‘’ He also gave them authority in his name and said: In my name they will drive out demons, they will speak in new tongues, if they should drink anything deadly, it will not harm them, they will lay hands on the sick, and they will get well.’’
AND NOW WE CAN..
Now, as the disciples, we can carry out the Great Commission, preach to people the good news of salvation through Jesus, and have the same authority in Jesus name, as the disciples had.
And also, whatever we ask from the Father in the name of Jesus and if it is according to His will, He will give it to us, so our joy may be complete.

BEFORE HIS ASCENSION FROM EARTH, JESUS SAID THE FOLLOWING:
‘’I am telling you the truth. It is for your benefit that I go away, because if I don’ t go away the Counselor will not come to you.’’ And 50 days after his ascension, the Holy Spirit came upon those who believed.
AND NOW WE CAN…
Now we can receive the same power of the Holy Spirit, and know that.. He has rescued us from the domain of darkness and transferred us into the kingdom of his beloved Son. We are not children under wrath but through faith in Jesus, we are children of God. In the spirit, we are seated with Christ in heavens and we are citizens of heaven. And the spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead lives in us. We have already won the victory over every situation and problem, because the Spirit who lives in us is greater than the spirit who lives in the world. And we are those who are going to inherit God’s promises and blessings.

JESUS SAID, THAT HE IS COMING BACK TO TAKE HIS OWN.
For the Lord himself will come down from heaven with a commanding shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet call of God. First, the believers who have died will rise from their graves. Then, together with them, we who are still alive and remain on the earth will be caught up in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. Then we will be with the Lord forever.
